Celebration

End of the 1st year of Big Lottery Funded courses.

In 2008 we were awarded through the Reaching Communities fund. Next month sees the end of the first year ofthe two courses which we run as part of this project; Mixed Crafts and Mixed Textiles. These courses are free to people who are over 50, or on a means tested benefit.

To mark this milestone we are holding a celebration event on 17th July from 10am - 12noon, giving the students on the courses the chance to display their work and talk about their experience. It will also give members of the public an opportunity to see how the lottery money is being spent, and how the project benefits the community.
