Our facilities are open for use on a drop in basis
when they are not being used for classes. People can drop in to
work on their own projects, and the only cost is for materials
used. We also have a friendly coffee area, and many people pop
in just for a cup of tea or coffee and a chat.
You may need some prior knowledge of the craft you wish to undertake.
There are no tutors for ‘drop in’ sessions, however,
as informal learning through skill sharing is fundamental to the
ethos of Kirkgate Studios and Workshops , it is often possible
to find someone who can work with you until you feel confident
to work on your own.
